1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect may include: names, email addresses, usernames, passwords, contact preferences, and contact or authentication data.

Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process: health data, biometric data, and data about a person's sex life or sexual orientation.

4. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

Yes. We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies. We provide AI Products through Groq and OpenAI. Our AI Products are designed for: AI applications, AI automation, AI insights, AI predictive analytics, machine learning models, natural language processing, and text analysis.

How to Opt Out. You can opt out by logging in to your account settings and updating your user account, or by contacting us using the contact information provided.

5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

Wunh is a personal wellness and lifestyle management application. The information, recommendations, insights, and predictions provided by Wunh — including but not limited to meal plans, fitness suggestions, health insights, period predictions, medication reminders, and AI-generated content — are for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

Wunh does not recommend, prescribe, or suggest any medications. Medication reminders are based solely on information provided by the user about prescriptions already issued by a licensed healthcare professional.

Users acknowledge that meal plans, dietary suggestions, and workout plans generated by Wunh or its AI assistant are based on information provided by the user and are intended as general guidance only. Wunh is not responsible for any injury, illness, adverse health effects, or damages arising from following any dietary or fitness recommendations provided by the app. Users with existing health conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions should consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before following any plan generated by Wunh.
